Why I Built This Program

I’ve lived through addiction, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, emotional breakdowns and deep loss — and I rebuilt myself from the inside out.

I know what it feels like to be stuck in survival mode, overloaded, and holding everything together on the outside while falling apart internally.

Breathwork and nervous system work helped me understand my patterns, regulate my emotions, release stored trauma, and finally feel in control of my life again.

This program is built from lived experience — not theory.

How It Works

Step 1 — Evaluation Call

We explore what you’ve been carrying, how it shows up, and what you want your life to feel like.


You’ll also experience a short breathwork session so I can see how your system responds.

Step 2 — Choose Your Path
  • 4-Week Nervous System Reset
    For grounding, stabilisation and immediate support.

  • 12-Week Deep Healing & Integration
    For deeper trauma, long-term overwhelm, or rebuilding from the inside out.

  • Self-paced course
    If your system is overloaded, we may start here before moving into 1:1 work.

This is a paid program. Pricing is discussed during the evaluation call once we understand what support you need.

Step 3 — Weekly 1:1 Support

If we work together, you’ll receive booking links for your weekly sessions:

    To work through patterns, emotions, relationships and real life challenges.

  • 1 x Breathwork Session
    To regulate your nervous system, release stored stress and create internal safety.
