Here’s a coaching program built by someone who’s been in the trenches, under the lights, cutting weight, dealing with pressure, and getting hit in the face for a living.

Step 1 – Evaluation

This first 30-minute call is about:

Mylee’s priority is your safety and growth — not just “getting another client”.

Step 2 – Choose your path

Together we decide whether a 4-week reset, 12-week deep dive, or starting with a self-paced course is best for you right now.

This is paid 1:1 program. We’ll go through pricing and options on the evaluation call if we both feel it’s a good fit.

Step 3 – Weekly sessions

Once we decide on your path, you’ll get booking links.

Each week you’ll have two 1:1 sessions: one coaching call and one guided breathwork session.

Why I built this Program

I’ve been in sport since I was five — team sports, state comps, national pressure, constant training.

Now, at 43, I’m a professional Muay Thai fighter living and fighting in Thailand.

I know exactly what athletes go through: the heavy pressure, the anxiety before comps, the burnout in camp, the emotional crashes after losses, the overthinking, the injuries, the mental spirals, the sleepless nights, the “don’t f*ck this up” voice that eats you alive.

This program wasn’t built from theory — it was built from decades of being in the arena myself.
Everything I teach has been tested under real pressure, real fatigue, real fear, and real expectations.

I built this, so athletes don’t have to break the way I did before learning how to regulate, recover, and actually perform from a grounded nervous system.
